Welcome to Tainiz Collection — a brand rooted in identity, authenticity, and intention. Every piece is made with care and a story behind it, and we want to make sure your experience with us feels just as thoughtful.

Here’s what you need to know when shopping with us:

Order Processing

We work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible!

Processing takes 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new drops or high-traffic times, it might take a bit longer (thank you for your patience)
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation + tracking link as soon as your package is on its way to you.

Shipping

We currently offer standard and express shipping options, rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order is with the carrier, it’s out of our hands, but we’ll do our best to support you if any issues arise.

Tainiz Collection is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or unexpected events.

Returns & Exchanges

I truly hope you love your order, but if something’s off, here’s what to do:

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging still intact.
Send us a quick email at support@tainizcollection.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll take it from there!

✉️ Heads up: Return shipping is on you, unless we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once your item comes back and passes inspection:

You’ll receive a store credit or refund within 3 business days.
We’ll notify you either way so you're never left wondering.

Damaged or Wrong Items

It rarely happens, but if you get the wrong item or something arrives damaged:

Email us within 48 hours with a photo of the item + packaging.
We’ll get things sorted ASAP.

Privacy Matters

Your info stays safe with us. No shady stuff, ever.
